Too many to count, not to mention any name previously used for a cow (dairy farmers) are not allowed according to my husband.

I'm a school teacher. Every name I loved before I was a teacher I now hate.

Hahaha yep! I'm a school teacher too. Makes it VERY difficult when it comes time to choose a name....especially boy names.

My husband and I always have come up with fake names ahead of time that are just awful in our culture, and pretend they're the real names just to drive our family nuts.

I get super offended by people coming up with nicknames for my babies. It's a flaw, I recognize that.

Oh man. Both of us have an ex that named their kid one of my dream names. His ex has a boy named Jeremiah and my ex has a girl named Camille. And we live in an uber small town. Everyone knows everyone.

Brittany
Amber
Alexander
Michael
Cody
Christopher
Nancy
Stella
Jessica
Kayla

My hubby and I are stuck on finding a boy name. Not for lack of trying, we're looking all the time.
So when people ask us, "Have you picked a name yet???" (like they're frustrated we haven't) and when we respond no, they say, "You're going to run out of tiiime!"

I want to scream and flick them in the forehead!!!

Teaching makes it impossible! My rule was I would not use the name of a student I've ever had in my class. Slightly difficult! One week before I went on leave, I got a student named Easton, which was about the only name on our list! The other name I loved was Kamden (but my husband vetoed), which I got when I got back. Let's just say I'm sooooo glad we didn't use it!

My husband and I are BOTH teachers, so you can imagine how much we are struggling right now to come up with a boy name in which neither of us have negative associations.

I had a huge list 60 or more names for each gender. My boyfriend rejected almost all of my boy names and then half of my girl names.

Working in child care makes it worse! I have babies with my favourite names & the names I'd still love, I hear the nicknames I hadn't thought of!

Too many. My hubby was some what of a lady's man in his younger years. So everytime I suggest a name he said: "oh I went out with a girl named that". And I then I hate it. :(

It's so hard to find boys names, girls are so much easier but that's not what we need.
My partner and I can't seem to agree on any boys name our child may be nameless haha

My husband and I have a boy's name all picked out and ready from our first pregnancy, but after two girls and scrapping the barrel of girl names the last pregnancy we are grasping at straws to find a decent girl's name that fits with the two we have, that we like, and isn't too common or too out there.

We have been through over 70,000 names

I wish I was exaggerating 😳

Still no luck, but have managed a bit of a shortlist
